Australia: Norwest Energy announces capital raising for Perth Basin exploration

Norwest Energy has completed a bookbuild to raise
$2million (before costs) through a placement of shares to a range of sophisticated and institutional investors, including Norwest Energy’s major shareholders.
The proceeds of the placement (together with the Company’s existing cash reserves) will be used to fund drilling costs associated with Norwest s 20% interest in the
Lockyer Deep-1 exploration well, located in Perth Basin exploration permit
EP 368, on trend with three very significant discoveries, and targeted for drilling in H1 2021. Funds will also be allocated towards planning and preparation for a 3D seismic survey across EP368 and EP426 (post drilling of Lockyer Deep-1), desktop studies on exploration permit TP/15, and general working capital.
Norway: Lundin awarded 19 licences in Norway s APA 2020
19 Jan 2021 Lundin Energy Norway has been awarded a total of
19 exploration licence interests in the two licences in the Norwegian Sea and
two licences in the Southern Barents Sea, seven of the newly awarded licences will be operated by Lundin Energy Norway.
The awards from this licensing round continue to build on the Company’s seven core exploration areas and increases by 23 percent the number of licences held by the Company. Supporting the Company’s strategy to execute an exploration programme which targets a combination of high value, near field opportunities and high potential, frontier exploration.
Norway: Petrolia NOCO awarded 3 licenses in APA 2020

Petrolia NOCO has been awarded three licenses by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. The licenses
(PL 1106 20% , PL 1107 30%) are located in the northern North Sea and one operated license (
PL 1013 B 60%) in the Norwegian Sea.
The addition of these licenses to Petrolia NOCO’s portfolio means that it continues to deliver on its near field exploration strategy. The award strengthens the Company’s position in its core area of the Tampen Hub, where it holds 20% in the Dugong discovery (PL 882) and 30% share in the adjacent PL 992 and PL 994 licenses. More exploration drilling is planned in the Tampen area in 2021, including the Dugong Tail exploration well and Dugong Appraisal well. Peru: PetroTal completes agreement with Petroperu on enhanced oil sales contract

PetroTal has announced that it has executed final agreements with
Petroperu to complete the restructuring of the contingent liability referenced in PetroTal’s June 12, 2020 press release and to
extend the oil sales contract with Petroperu for an additional two years.
Highlights
Oil sales to Petroperu under the Oil Sales Contract for deliveries through the Northern Oil Pipeline (“ONP”) have been extended for an additional two years beyond December 23, 2020;
At PetroTal’s expense, Petroperu will place commodity price hedges on all oil sold through the ONP, after the oil is delivered by PetroTal to Pump Station # 1 at Saramuro, which will substantially limit PetroTal’s exposure to the impact of oil price fluctuations in the period until Petroperu ultimately sells the oil from the Bayovar port;
